Shake Shack On Upper East Side Closer To Reality

The wooden box is off and an educated guess would be that we are within two weeks of Shake Shack on East 86th Street. Can't wait!

  2. Looking into it. Last I heard was back in June they said they would sign the lease if they got extended loading hours on 86th Street while the 2nd Ave subway construction was underway. I will update as soon as I can.

  3. Just got word that Community Board 8 has voted to expand the loading hours. I will let you know if a signed lease can be confirmed.
