The tunnel is not 50 feet away and car fumes do not go that far. They're on crack. If anything, the railyard behind the building is a more relevant nuisance. The tunnel might as well be in Sunnyside for all we notice it on that block. I live right near there and it's a lovely place to live. I probably shouldn't tell you that.
