They Even Have Rats On Park Avenue!

Shot today at 1049 Park Ave. Ring a bell? This was the fictional home of Felix Unger and Oscar Madison from the old school "Odd Couple" series. I am sure Felix would be having a coronary about now!

    they have that exact same rat balloon on John Street, I walk by it everyday but never stopped to see what it was about.
