Taxi Takes "Door To Door Service" Seriously At 475 Greenwich

No, it's not an accident scene. As per tipster, Khan Belmond, Associate Broker at A. Fine Company:
Yesterday, at 3pm as I was walking into 475 Greenwich Street Condo, there was a Taxi on the sidewalk, in front of the entrance to the building, waiting to be paid his fare by a resident, apparently. I'm guessing she he had to run inside her condo to get the money for the fare. The street had construction on it & there was only 1 lane, so the driver must have hopped the curb and waited patiently for his fare.
